Quantum Copy Time Hypothesis (QCTH)
Title: Quantum Copy Time Hypothesis v5 – Foundations for a Testable Path Toward a TOE (v1) Abstract: The Quantum Copy Time Hypothesis (QCTH) v5 (v1, Zeroth Edition) introduces a foundational framework uniting quantum information, spacetime dynamics, and cosmology. In this version, cosmic acceleration and dark energy emerge from a dynamical information scalar field, I(x), minimally coupled to geometry and matter, governed by three parameters (λ_I, α_track, σ_kin). A tracking attractor mechanism naturally reproduces the observed dark energy to matter ratio (Ω_Λ / Ω_m ≈ 70/30) without fine-tuning, addressing the cosmic coincidence problem. The framework is fully consistent with Planck 2018 and BAO measurements and produces falsifiable predictions: anisotropic quantum decoherence (ΔΓ / Γ_0 ~ 10^-6), oscillatory CMB E-mode features (ℓ ~ 3500), and tiny temporal variations of the fine-structure constant (ḋα/α ~ 10^-18 yr^-1). While acknowledging its phenomenological nature and potential weak equivalence principle deviations (η_WEP ~ 10^-15), QCTH v5 (v1) provides a scientifically grounded, testable path toward unifying quantum information, gravity, and cosmology, establishing a modest yet tangible route toward a Theory of Everything (TOE) and laying the conceptual and mathematical foundations for a new class of predictive theories at the frontier of modern physics.
