AI-Driven UX Design: How Technology Enhances Human-Centered Experiences

This study explores the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into User Experience (UX) design, examining how AI-generated tools influence creativity, workflow efficiency, and collaboration between designers and engineers. Through surveys with 60 professionals and in-depth interviews, the research highlights AI’s role in layout generation, ideation, UX writing, and workflow automation. Findings reveal that AI enhances speed, consistency, and exploration but cannot replace human empathy, contextual understanding, or creative nuance. Both AI engineers and UX designers agree that AI is most effective as a co-pilot. The research emphasizes human–AI co-creation for producing experiences that are both intelligent and emotionally resonant.
