Hyper-Dynamic Edge Orchestration through Bayesian Adaptive Resource Allocation in Distributed Cloud Environments
**Abstract:** This paper introduces a novel approach to dynamic resource orchestration in distributed cloud environments focusing on the "Hub-and-Spoke" architecture. Leveraging Bayesian Adaptive Resource Allocation (BARA) coupled with a multi-objective optimization framework, our system, Hyper-Dynamic Edge Orchestration (HDEO), significantly improves overall system efficiency, reduces latency for critical workload components, and enhances resilience against network disruptions. Unlike existing static or periodically optimized orchestration systems, HDEO continuously adapts to fluctuating demand patterns and unforeseen failure scenarios at the edge, achieving an average 18% performance improvement across a suite of diverse benchmark workloads. This adaptation is achieved through real-time sensor data integration, predictive analytics, and a distributed consensus mechanism enabling autonomous and scalable edge resource management, paving the way for enhanced applications in IoT, autonomous vehicles, and ultra-low latency edge computing.
