Mendorong Produktivitas UMKM melalui Kebijakan Digital di Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Jawa Timur
This article analyzes the implementation of digital economy policies aimed at improving the productivity and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bojonegoro Regency, East Java. The study highlights how digital transformation serves as a key driver for local economic growth, yet faces challenges such as low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and weak institutional coordination. Based on policy analysis, Bojonegoro’s initiatives—such as the UMKM Go Digital and Digital Financial Literacy programs—have shown positive impacts but remain limited in reach and sustainability. Drawing insights from the works of Allen Pranata Putra (2021) and Indrawati Yuhertiana (2020), this article emphasizes that digital policy success relies on adaptive governance structures, effective inter-agency communication, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. The research further identifies the need for inclusive and data-driven approaches, particularly through the establishment of a Digital Center for MSMEs and equitable internet infrastructure development. Ultimately, this analysis concludes that Bojonegoro’s digital policy aligns with the goals of sustainable development, specifically SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure). Strengthening human resource capacity, institutional synergy, and long-term digital literacy programs are essential to ensure that the digital economy contributes not only to regional economic growth but also to social inclusion and sustainable development across all communities.
