On the issue of militarization of administrative law norms and administrative legal relations: dogmatics and problems of implementation

The article analyzes the doctrinal problems of the action of administrative law norms in the military sphere, paying attention to administrative-military relations. The authors reveal the features and point out the objective need for the militarization of administrative law norms, reveal the features of the relevant legal relations. The work concludes that it is the administrative law norms that are involved in the formation of the legal regime for ensuring defense and martial law, and it is the action of administrative law norms that creates conditions for the formation of a military management system and military service.
