Enhanced Thermal Performance and Mechanical Resilience of Flexible Aerogel-Polymer Composites via Multi-Objective Optimization and Dynamic Network Strengthening
**Abstract:** This paper introduces a novel approach to enhance the thermal insulation and mechanical robustness of flexible aerogel-polymer composites. Leveraging a multi-objective optimization framework in conjunction with dynamically adjusted network reinforcement within the polymer matrix, we achieve a 25% improvement in thermal conductivity reduction and a 40% increase in tensile strength compared to state-of-the-art flexible aerogel insulation. This method offers immediate commercialization potential in high-performance insulation applications, particularly in aerospace, automotive, and building construction, by significantly improving both key performance indicators within a single material.
