The Periodic Table as a Resonant Ladder A CAT-12 Ratio Framework Linking Atomic Periodicity to Cosmological Harmonics (CMB & BAO)
This paper introduces a novel reinterpretation of the periodic table of elements through the Cosmic Algorithm Theory-12 (CAT-12) and Ratio Theory frameworks, revealing a structural correspondence between atomic periodicity and cosmological harmonic patterns. By aligning ionization energy sequences and elemental families with scale-free resonance corridors derived from Planck CMB acoustic peaks and baryon acoustic oscillations (BAO), we construct a Periodic Table of Resonance Families (PTR) that exposes harmonic ladders, subfamilies, and anomaly zones within a unified ratio-based lattice. The paper begins with a historical overview of the periodic table’s development, followed by methods drawing from NIST atomic spectra databases, Planck Legacy Archive cosmological datasets, and harmonic ratio analysis. A series of structured figures illustrates the progressive emergence of periodic structure from resonance corridor tiling, ladder alignments, and harmonic matrix construction. This approach reframes periodicity not as an empirical filling rule, but as a manifestation of universal resonant order spanning atomic to cosmological scales. A concise Appendix provides the core CAT-12 Resonant Corridor Equation to mathematically anchor the framework, while directing readers to foundational CAT-12 publications for detailed derivations. This paper positions the CAT-12 PTR as both a conceptual bridge and a predictive tool, with implications for understanding periodic anomalies, superheavy element placement, and structural harmonics across physical domains.
