Abstract: This study investigates the adoption of Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services among Millennials and Gen-Z consumers in Malaysia. A quantitative approach using survey data (n=105) and SPSS analysis revealed that perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, and pain of payment significantly influence intention to use BNPL, while financial literacy showed no significant effect. The research integrates the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and behavioral economics, highlighting psychological and experiential factors as key adoption drivers. Implications are provided for BNPL providers, policymakers, and consumers. Keywords: Buy Now Pay Later, Millennials, Gen-Z, Financial Literacy, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Convenience, Pain of Payment
