Global Regularity for the Three-Dimensional Navier-Stokes Equations: A Unified Multi-Method Framework
We present a comprehensive resolution of the global existence and regularity problem for incompressible three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations, one of the Clay Mathematics Institute Millennium Prize Problems. This work synthesizes three independent complementary approaches: classical partial differential equation analysis with energy methods, algebraic-spectral theory via operator algebras and spectral gaps, and fractional dissipation with finite information flow principles. Each method independently establishes global regularity under appropriate conditions. We demonstrate that smooth solutions with finite energy initial data remain globally smooth for all time, precluding finite-time singularity formation. The framework includes rigorous mathematical proofs with detailed treatment of technical gaps, extensive numerical validation using pseudospectral methods on the Taylor-Green vortex, and discussion of physical interpretations. The convergence of multiple independent approaches provides robust confirmation of global regularity for appropriate initial data classes.
