Factors Influencing Gen Z Employee Engagement
Abstract: A supportive working environment is critical to employees’ well-being and productivity, particularly within the banking sector where performance directly contributes to organizational success. This study investigates the relationship between workplace environment and employee productivity in the Islamic Cooperative Bank of Malaysia, using data from 144 employees in Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. The workplace environment was examined across two dimensions. Results indicate that both dimensions affect productivity; however, the behavioral environment exerts a more substantial influence than the physical environment.
