ОСОБЛИВОСТІ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ТА АДАПТАЦІЇ МОДЕЛЕЙ ЕКОСИСТЕМНОГО ПІДХОДУ КОМЕРЦІЙНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ УКРАЇНИ

The purpose of the article study is to analyze ecosystem approach models and determine their adaptation to the conditions of commercial enterprises in Ukraine, considering local economic, regulatory, digital, and sociocultural factors. The research examines key challenges hindering the implementation of ecosystem models in Ukrainian businesses, including economic instability, a low level of cross-sectoral cooperation, imperfect regulatory policies, and limited access to innovative technologies. Five key ecosystem approach models are presented: business ecosystems, platform ecosystems, sustainable ecosystems, industrial clusters, and regional innovation ecosystems. Each model encompasses specific mechanisms of participant interaction and has its own advantages and implementation challenges. The study outlines key stages of implementing these models, including identifying participants, forming a shared vision, integrating innovative technologies, developing interaction platforms, and monitoring efficiency. Additionally, it highlights the importance of tailoring each model to the unique characteristics of the Ukrainian business environment for maximizing impact and sustainability. The specific features of each model in the context of adaptation to the Ukrainian market are analyzed, considering resource constraints, the need to support small and medium-sized businesses, and the integration of modern digital tools such as IoT, Big Data, and blockchain. The study compares the implementation features of each model across different regions, focusing on their flexibility, participant integration levels, and innovation potential. The practical significance of the research lies in developing comprehensive recommendations for selecting and adapting suitable ecosystem models, enabling enterprises to effectively respond to market challenges, stimulate innovation, and ensure sustainable socio-economic development. The study emphasizes the need for coordinated collaboration between businesses, the government, academic institutions, and civil society to achieve synergy in ecosystem development.
