REMEDi4ALL - Standard Operating Procedure - Two drug combination test: detection of synergetic anti-proliferative effect in cancer cell lines

This SOP describes the application of the CellTiter-Glo® Luminescent Cell Viability Assay (Promega) for detection of the synergetic anti-proliferative effect in pancreatic cancer cell lines based on small molecule treatment. It describes the procedure of compound- and cell-preparation to detect and analyse the anti-proliferative synergetic effect of compounds. IMPORTANT: for each new cell line and each new tested compound pair the cell number/well and the specific CC50s of tested compounds should be evaluated before the application of this SOP.
