QUATERNITY THEORY OF SUCCESS FOR THE ETHICAL RECONSTRUCTION OF KNOWLEDGE
The Quaternity of Success Theory proposes an epistemological, ethical, and psychological model that redefines the process of human development as a dynamic cycle of learning, creation, crisis, and renewal. It is structured into four interdependent stages—humility, openness without prejudice, honor, and shame—whose harmony constitutes the basis for sustainable and morally coherent success. Using a hermeneutic and systemic approach, this paper formalizes this theory, identifies its analytical categories, develops its epistemological principles, and analyzes its applicability in educational, scientific, and professional fields. Success is conceived as a reflective balance between knowledge, ethics, and self-criticism, where error does not imply failure, but rather the possibility of restarting and regeneration. Keywords: success , humility epistemological , openness without prejudice , cognitive honor , shame regenerative , development human .
