KPoEM Platform Abstract (with Co-Reading + Data Visualization)

The KPoEM Platform (Korean Poetry Emotion Mapping Platform) is an integrated web-based system designed for Co-Reading—the collaborative interpretation of Korean modern poetry between humans and artificial intelligence. Built upon the KPoEM dataset(Lim, et al., 2025), a corpus of 7,662 poetic lines annotated with 44 fine-grained emotions, the platform combines AI-based emotion classification, color-emotion visualization, and data exploration tools. It offers dataset visualization, searchable metadata, and author–work networks, enabling users to browse poet profiles, poem lists, and emotion distributions. The platform aims to maximize the strengths of human–AI collaborative literary interpretation and digital archiving, serving as both a scholarly infrastructure and a creative medium. This proposal represents an independent concept note for academic record.
