A Geometric Framework for a Coherent Universe -The Principle of Minimal Effort (PLE) as the Hidden Engine of Reality

Modern physics is divided between two extraordinary but disconnected formalisms — General Relativity, which describes the geometry of spacetime, and Quantum Field Theory, which governs the behavior of particles and fields. The Yin–Yang Model (YY) proposes a single geometric structure capable of unifying both: the Now, a dynamic interface between two complementary domains — Yin, discrete and quantized, and Yang, continuous and propagating. In this framework, all physical phenomena emerge from one universal rule: At each quantum of time, the Now reconfigures itself to minimize total geometric effort. This rule, called the Principle of Minimal Effort (PLE), replaces forces and fields with curvature and torsion harmonics.Gravity and electromagnetism become two modes of the same helicoidal geometry; mass and charge correspond to “anchored” resonances, while waves and radiation are “open” propagations of memory through Yang. From only four geometric constants — the interface thickness (δ), the cosmological radius (R_yang), the slip angle (φ_slip), and the coherence factor (C) — the model reproduces the measured values of G, α, k_B, m_W/Z/H, neutrino masses, the Hubble tension, and the dark-to-baryonic matter ratio without adjustable parameters. The YY Model portrays the Universe as a self-optimizing geometric code:time is not a flowing dimension but a sequence of updates; causality is coherence; and evolution is the natural relaxation of curvature and torsion toward minimal effort. The Universe does not follow laws — it is the law, resting in its own coherence.
