Engineering and Integrated Sciences of Neuro-AI (ECINIA)
We present a comprehensive axiomatic framework for the emerging interdisciplinary field of brain-computer integration and artificial intelligence systems, designated as Engineering and Integrated Sciences of Neuro-AI (ECINIA). This framework establishes a rigorous categorical structure encompassing 100 distinct but interconnected domains of study, organized into 10 fundamental thematic blocks. The formalization addresses the hierarchical complexity inherent in human-machine cognitive integration, spanning from foundational neurotechnology through computational intelligence, cognitive dynamics, security architectures, ethical frameworks, regulatory structures, data science methodologies, hybrid system engineering, transhumanist applications, and pedagogical foundations. Each domain is axiomatically characterized through precise definitional synthesis, establishing both theoretical foundations and practical implementation pathways. The ECINIA framework provides a unified mathematical and conceptual structure for interdisciplinary collaboration, curriculum development, and coordinated research advancement in neuro-AI integration, while addressing critical technical, ethical, social, and philosophical dimensions essential for responsible technological evolution.
