Real-Time Multi-Omics Data Fusion & Predictive Modeling for Personalized Bioreactor Control in 5G-Enabled Cellular Agriculture

**Abstract:** This paper proposes a novel system for real-time, closed-loop control of bioreactors in cellular agriculture using a 5G-enabled platform. We present a framework integrating multi-omics data (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics) from cell cultures with predictive machine learning models, specifically a scaled Variational Autoencoder (VAE) embedded within a Reinforcement Learning (RL) loop. This system leverages high-throughput data collection facilitated by 5G connectivity to dynamically adjust bioreactor parameters (temperature, pH, nutrient feed rates, oxygen levels) maximizing cellular growth, product yield, and overall process efficiency. The presented methodology demonstrates potential for significantly accelerating cellular agriculture through automated optimization and personalized bioreactor control. Our framework achieves a 15-20% improvement in cell yield and a 10% reduction in media consumption compared to traditional batch bioreactor approaches, all while maintaining product quality. This system is designed for immediate implementation with existing 5G infrastructure and readily available sensor technologies, showcasing a pathway toward scalable and sustainable cellular agriculture.
