The formation of a young surgeon in the process of studying at Novosibirsk State Medical University

A 7-stage approach to surgical training at NSMU using simulation technologies is described. The system has proven to be effective: 59.8% of students regularly participated in competitions, and 91.7% were admitted to surgical residency. The key feature is the continuity of education from school to postgraduate studies.
