Relationship of lipid metabolism disorders and erectile dysfunction in patients with multifocal atherosclerosis
The combination of arterial hypertension (AH) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with frequent exacerbations is accompanied by the formation of pronounced systemic disorders. The study showed that such patients have significant changes in hemodynamics, activation of systemic inflammation, metabolic and respiratory disorders, as well as a high level of anxiety and depressive symptoms. Additionally, a significant relationship of social factors with clinical indicators and psychoemotional status was revealed. The data obtained confirm the need for a comprehensive, personalized approach to follow-up of patients with hypertension and COPD with frequent exacerbations, taking into account clinical, functional, metabolic, psychosomatic and social aspects.
