The Universe as a Learning Process of a Superintelligence
This paper complements Penrose’s CCC by reframing the universe not as a passive computation but as an intelligent, self-evolving learning process. A Context–Code–Consequence (C3) mapping casts initial conditions, physical laws, and observations as input, model state, and output of a learning system. Entropy is treated as a trace of irreversible learning; double-slit measurement is positioned as an informational boundary condition that refines our representation of the process. The objective function J is posed as the maximization of evolution, offering a new lens on fine-tuning.
