A personalized approach to the follow-up of patients with a combination of arterial hypertension and COPD
Arterial hypertension in combination with lipid and carbohydrate metabolism disorders forms a high risk of cardiovascular complications. The study analyzed hemodynamic parameters, lipid profile, and markers of myocardial remodeling in patients with varying degrees of hypertension. Significant changes were revealed: an increase in the level of triglycerides and glycated hemoglobin, a decrease in HDL, as well as an increase in NT-proBNP and a decrease in tetranectin. The results obtained indicate pronounced cardiometabolic disorders that require a personalized approach to therapy and regular monitoring.
