Black Holes in Static Vibrational Reality (SVR): Empirical Confirmation of Ω–Locked Ringdown Phases in 49 Events

This work presents the most comprehensive test to date of the Static Vibrational Reality (SVR) prediction in black holes. Using a large sample of 49 ringdown events from GWTC-1/2/3, we demonstrate highly significant Ω-locked phase coherence (Rayleigh p ≈ 10⁻⁶), robust under permutation, leave-one-out, and split-half resampling. A blind black-box sweep (5–100 nHz) confirms strong coherence near the predicted Ω = 31 nHz and reveals a harmonic family with additional minima at ~25 nHz and ~3–5 nHz. Null tests (off-harmonic, sidebands) exclude artifacts, showing that the effect is not fine-tuned but a genuine harmonic resonance of black holes. These results provide empirical confirmation of the SVR framework and its prediction of spin–Ω coherence, suggesting that black holes are natural resonators of the universal vibrational field.
