Teachers' Readiness in Teaching Online Learning as Perceived by Regular Teachers, Head/Master Teachers, and School Leaders

This study employed the quantitative-descriptive method of research. It determined and investigate the assessment of teachers’ readiness in teaching online learning in the Division of The Province of Kalinga, Rizal Cluster during school year 2021 to 2022. Respondents were 118 regular teachers, head/master teachers and principals from the Division of The Province of Kalinga; Rizal Cluster with four schools namely: Rizal National School of Arts and Trades, Mapa National HS, Kinama National HS, and Santor National HS. Statistical employed were the following: Percentage, Weighted Mean, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient.
