Global mismatch in human exposure, vulnerability and health spending for zoonotic disease

Rscripts, raster maps and final dataset of the short communication entitled "Global mismatch in human exposure, vulnerability and health spending for zoonotic disease". The Rscripts allow to reproduce step-by-step all the analyses, results and figures that are in the short communication. The rasters are raw disease-specific human exposure maps, i.e. not scaled in the [0,1] range of values. The 'global_average_exposure_scaleddiseases.tif' refers to the global average exposure raster that is built on diseases that were scaled before average them. Maps1 folder contains the disease from A to L, while maps2 from N to Z. The csv contains all the data and information (exposure, vulnerability and spending, among others) at country-level.
