Strategia bezpieczeństwa narodowego Chińskiej Republiki Ludowej wobec państw Azji Centralnej

The implementation of the People's Republic of China's national security strategy is expressed in its undertaking of a series of practices aimed at strengthening its influence and pursuing its interests in geostrategically significant areas of the globe. Securing the Chinese Communist Party's system of government, internal stability and preserving the country's territorial integrity remain a kind of priority. A threat, on the other hand, is defined by any separatist acts. One of the areas recognized in Chinese strategy as part of the so-called strategic frontiers, also known as the geographic sphere of influence, is West Turkestan, known today as Central Asia (former “Soviet Central Asia”). This area, devoid of access to maritime communication routes, has been within the cultural influence of Islam (Turkey and Persia/Iran) in recent centuries, while at the same time the influence of two powers - Russia and China - has clashed here. It is now within the sphere of influence under China's Belt and Road Initiative program. The purpose of this article is to explain China's strategy towards Central Asian countries and its impact on China's economic situation(especially in the energy industry), as well as the implications of this strategy for China's security.
