Audit Program: Analisis Program dan Pelaksanaan Bimbingan dan Konseling di Sekolah

The implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools is basically based on programs that require evaluation, commonly referred to as audits. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the program and implementation of guidance and counseling services at a junior high school in West Sumatra. Furthermore, qualitative descriptive research was used, utilizing program audit instruments as the main basis for the research. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The research results were then tabulated to provide a comprehensive overview of the program and the implementation of guidance and counseling services at the research location. The results of the study showed that the program had been implemented effectively, particularly based on the components of the program audit that were examined.
