22. சததரகளம சமகக கரலகளம
Siddha songs have a special place in the history of Tamil literature. In Tamil, the word ‘Sidhu’ means ‘play of grace’. This is referred to as ‘Aalalavaiulai’ in English. There are countless people who have attained this state. Among them, 18 Siddhas are considered to be prominent. They are also said to have attained the state of God by dividing them into Pathi and Ettum.
