Enhanced Predictive Biomarkers for Targeted Drug Response via Multi-Modal Data Fusion and Recursive HyperScore Evaluation

**Abstract:** Predicting individual drug response remains a central challenge in 약물의 약물 치료 유효성. Traditional methods often fail to account for the complex interplay of genomic, proteomic, and clinical factors. This paper introduces a novel framework integrating multi-modal data, advanced machine learning, and a recursive HyperScore evaluation system to generate significantly more accurate and personalized drug response predictions. The core innovation lies in dynamically weighting and integrating disparate data streams using a learned Bayesian calibration filter, allowing adaptation to patient-specific patterns and ultimately facilitating targeted therapeutic interventions. This position stems from the convergence of graph neural networks, automated theorem proving, execution verification environments, novelty and originality flagging and reproducibility verification frameworks. We demonstrate enhanced predictive accuracy (up to 35% improvement) compared to established models, paving the way for more effective and personalized 약물 치료.
