mRNA Based Strategies Against cancer
This research paper explores mRNA-based strategies for cancer immunotherapy, highlighting how synthetic mRNA can encode tumor-specific antigens to elicit strong and precise immune responses. The work reviews recent preclinical and clinical trials across multiple cancer types—including prostate, melanoma, non-small cell lung, pancreatic, HPV-related, and triple-negative breast cancers—while examining formulation advances such as lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery systems. Mechanistic pathways, case studies of both successful and failed trials, and future perspectives on regulatory, manufacturing, and safety challenges are discussed. The study emphasizes the potential of mRNA vaccines as a transformative platform for personalized cancer treatment and as a foundation for next-generation therapeutic vaccines.
