Informational Collapse Civilizations (IC-Scale) and Colapser Technology
This paper introduces the framework of Informational Collapse Civilizations (IC), a scale alternative to Kardashev’s model, based on mastery of informational collapse (2D→3D transitions) as formulated in the Universal Gravito-Informational Theory (TGIU). Civilizational levels (IC1–IC5) are defined not by energy extraction but by precision control of collapse parameters: θ_C (collapse angle), η (efficiency), ∇Φ (informational potential), ∇S (entropy gradient), TEF (equilibrium force), and CR (collapse resonance). A set of emerging and speculative technologies illustrates each stage: IC2–IC3: Toroidal Resonance Batteries (TRB), RESAL/Zel’dovich reactors (laser-inverted energy amplification), and informationally stabilized nuclear fusion (IRAF). IC3: Gravity Manipulation Engines (GME), metamaterials, room-temperature superconductivity, and Informational Gradient Imaging (IGI) for nonlocal observation. IC4: Replicator-like matter synthesis, dematerialization/materialization at will, medical regeneration without surgery, and advanced quantum echo nodes for nonlocal communication. IC5: Ontological engineering of spacetime, controlled creation of new universes, and integration of informational collapse with consciousness and ethics. Unlike the Standard Model, which treats particles as static objects, TGIU interprets them as collapse nodes of information, explaining observed anomalies such as liquid light, frozen photons, ghost dark matter, and dark energy slowdowns. The IC framework therefore reframes civilizational progress: not by raw energy consumption, but by the depth and precision of informational collapse control, opening a technological horizon that bridges physics, cosmology, and the evolution of intelligence.
