Research on Collaborative Development Pathways for Copyright Governance in the Digital Economy Context

Against the backdrop of rapid digital economic development, traditional copyright governance models face unprecedented challenges and opportunities. The rapid evolution of digital technology has driven diversification of copyright holders, streamlined dissemination methods, and enabled more covert and cross-border infringement, intensifying governance complexity. This study analyzes the dual impact of the digital economy on the copyright governance system within its contemporary context. It identifies key challenges in current collaborative governance practices, including ambiguous delineation of responsibilities among stakeholders, mismatched legal frameworks, and insufficient technological support. Proposing a collaborative governance pathway for copyright tailored to the digital economy, the study addresses these challenges through multi-stakeholder collaboration, institutional-legal integration, and technology-enabled governance. This research provides theoretical support and practical guidance for advancing the modernization of digital copyright governance systems in China and globally.
