Cosmological Redshift and the CMB in a Structured Space Framework
The framework presented here is not offered as speculation but as a data–anchored alternative to the metric expansion paradigm. Its central prediction is a cubic Tolman slope, I ∝ (1+z)^(-3), instead of the standard quartic law associated with an expanding universe. To test this, we carried out a first Tolman surface brightness analysis using 176 real galaxies from public catalogs. The fit yielded a slope leaning toward p = 3, precisely as the framework anticipates, rather than p = 4. While this initial sample is modest, it provides early evidence that redshift and surface brightness trends may be explained by divergence dynamics rather than universal expansion, and it motivates extending the test to larger catalogs to refine p with smaller error bars.
