Precision Oncopanels (PrOPs)- An algorithm to identify short individualised actionable panels that can guide cancer treatment

This Zenodo folder contains the supplemenary tables and documents for the manuscript titled "Precision Oncopanels (PrOPs)- An algorithm to identify short individualised actionable panels that can guide cancer treatment". Supplementary table 1 contains cohort-wise iPanel genes from all the patients along with their gold standard annotation. Supplementary table 2 contains gold standard cancer driver genes used as reference for benchmarking analysis. Supplementary table 3 and 4 refers to the master actionability database and the breakdown of patient-wise actionable iPanel genes (iAct) along with their annotations respectively. Supplementary document 1 contains the supporting methods and figures related to the main manuscript and supplementary document 2 is an example tutorial of the application of the algorithm for one patient sample.
