Review and update of the assessment metrics

The milestone M2.1 is part of WP2: Consolidating the Training Platform Infrastructure (services andresources). Its objective is to review and update the ELIXIR core assessment metrics used in theTraining Metrics Database (TMD).The aim of this milestone was to produce an updated set of ELIXIR core survey questions to betteralign with the evolving needs of training activities across nodes. These updated questions willeventually be implemented in the TMDThe improved core question set will enhance the consistency and impact of data collected throughtraining surveys, ensuring better analysis and reporting on training activities across ELIXIR.
