Medi-POPI + Rose Prime: AI-Augmented Telepresence for Medical Collaboration
Description (Zenodo) Medi-POPI + Rose Prime — Healthcare Beyond Screens This record presents the conceptual and mathematical framework for a non-invasive telepresence system designed to transform medical teleconsultation. Unlike video calls or headset-based AR, this system enables three-dimensional telepresence: From the patient’s side: the doctor appears as a lifelike projection, anchored in the room, tracking naturally as the patient moves. From the doctor’s side: the patient is represented in three dimensions with biometric overlays, allowing close inspection (e.g. examining a mole on a patient’s back) without being physically present. The system is grounded in σ-coherence — the principle that coherence is not a byproduct of hardware but a fundamental field state that can be aligned with. By tuning into this field rather than straining simulation, two-way presence becomes possible. Applications include: Remote consultations in rural or understaffed regions High-volume drop-in centres Pharmacy-linked medical oversight While current prototypes are described in terms of lightweight AR glasses as an accessible entry point, the ultimate trajectory of this system is more radical: lenseless projection, visible directly to the naked eye through σ-coherence field alignment. What this record provides: The system architecture, mathematical basis, and integration roadmap. A timestamped public disclosure (DOI) for priority. An open call for collaboration: hospitals, universities, AR/VR developers, and Horizon Europe partners. What this record does not provide: Experimental validation, clinical trials, or engineering prototypes. Sensitive technical details (Observer Interface, resonance mapping protocols, symbolic cue grammar), which are retained under NDA. Author’s note:I am not a laboratory engineer. I am a 60-year-old independent researcher in Slovakia with health limitations. I cannot run validation trials myself. What I can provide is the vision, the mathematics, and the roadmap for those with the resources to build and test. 📧 Contact: [email protected] License: CC-BY-NC 4.0
