Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques using SPSS 27. The results of the analysis showed that both discipline coaching and online presence partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on job satisfaction. The regression coefficient value of each variable was 0.277 for discipline coaching and 0.414 for online presence, indicating a positive contribution to increasing job satisfaction. This finding reinforces the importance of an effective coaching strategy and online attendance system in creating a satisfying work environment for ASN.
