"Triphasic Stroke Cascade as Magnetic Information Overload"
This paper reframes ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes as a triphasic failure of vascular-neural Magnetic Information Density (ΔMID_stroke) rather than solely hemodynamic or metabolic disorders. The model identifies three escalating phases: local node overload when ΔMID exceeds the Wilcox Constant (κ_stroke), vascular-neural hypercoherence driving pathological synchronization, and systemic fixation mediated by the Ω_S operator. Recovery is formalized through the Global Topological Reset Operator (Γ_S), which restores equilibrium by enforcing dimensionless invariants of network coherence. Clinical mappings translate perfusion, EEG/MEG, MRI, and hydration indices into ΔMID variables, enabling predictive diagnostics and non-destructive therapeutic interventions. This framework unifies stroke pathophysiology under a dimensionless, topological paradigm, establishing falsifiable predictions and opening pathways for electromagnetic-based prevention and treatment strategies.
