The Law of Collapse and Renewal: Interim Validation and Predictions (with Provisional Thermodynamic Adapter)

This paper sets out the v4.1 methods standard for the Law of Collapse & Renewal, a univeral operator linking stress (entropy load) and capacity (exergy of renewal). The operator is frozen as O = \Delta C^{\star} - \Delta S^{\star}. It defines anchors, amendments, and workflow so cases across domains can be scored consistently. A provisional thermodynamic adapter (v5) grounds baselines in entropy/exergy without changing the operator. This record supports the ongoing 200-case validation (60 cases completed, all matches) and links to preregistered predictions.
