GLP-1 Receptor Agonists and SGLT2 Inhibitors in Stable Kidney Transplantation: Clinical Outcomes from a Cohort of Patients with Post-Transplant Diabetes Mellitus
This dataset contains de-identified clinical and laboratory data from a cohort of 89 kidney transplant recipients (KTRs) with post-transplant diabetes mellitus (PTDM), followed between 2013 and 2024 at a tertiary university hospital and national renal transplant reference center. The dataset was used to evaluate the safety and efficacy of sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitors (SGLT2i) and glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs) in this population. It includes demographic and clinical information, biochemical parameters (HbA1c, glucose, creatinine, eGFR, lipid profile), anthropometric measures, immunosuppressive regimens, adverse events, and longitudinal outcomes. The data are structured in a single Excel file, accompanied by a data dictionary for variable definitions.
