Tenth Proposal—The Dialectical Integration Model: Creating a Structure of Peace through the Bridging of External and Internal Deterrence
This policy paper identifies the inherent limitations of traditional "external deterrence"—nuclear deterrence, economic sanctions, and diplomatic pressure—and introduces the concept of "internal deterrence." Internal deterrence is defined as a structural force that arises from building a society which respects motherhood and provides fair compensation for reproductive labor, thereby making war structurally unfeasible for the state. By dialectically integrating external and internal deterrence, this model secures short-term security while guiding humanity toward a long-term transformation into a society in which war itself becomes impossible. This proposal is not merely a welfare policy, but a peace theory essential for the survival of humankind, offering a new paradigm for international security studies.
