AI-Driven Law of Repair: A Practical Framework for Achieving Long-Term Remission in Vulvodynia

Description (English) This work introduces a breakthrough remission protocol that transforms vulvodynia treatment from symptomatic management into a systems-engineered pathway for decades-long stability. Built entirely from therapies already available today—pelvic floor physiotherapy, neuromodulation, antihistamines, probiotics, biomarker monitoring, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP)—the protocol is modeled to extend remission from the current ~10-year ceiling to 35–40 years. By combining AI-driven simulations with the Targeted Gradient Repair Mechanism (TGRM) and the proposed Law of Repair, this framework demonstrates that remission stability can be deliberately engineered rather than left to chance. For clinicians, this represents an unprecedented opportunity: one of the most treatment-resistant chronic pain conditions may be stabilized for decades with tools already in hand. Testing this framework could provide not only a lifeline to vulvodynia patients worldwide, but also a model for tackling other intractable disorders. Abstract
