D2.4 - Final communication, training, outreach, dissemination and collaboration report
The purpose of this document is to deliver the final update of the “communication, training, outreach, dissemination and collaboration/liaison and exploitation plans” that have been presented in deliverables D2.1, D2.2, D2.3 and present the final results of the activities. An exploitation and dissemination activity is an important part of any research project, and it is particularly important for a project like AI4EOSC that aims to promote the use of AI tools and services within the EOSC. A well-designed communication anddissemination plan can help to ensure that the project's goals and achievements are widely known and understood by key audiences, and that the project's results are used and applied in ways that maximize their potential impact and benefits to society. The aim of these activities is to promote the project's objectives and achievements, create synergies and coordinate activities with other initiatives and projects, and ensure the project's impact through industrial and scientific cooperation, outreach activities and training. The initial plan proposed in the D2.1 and updated plan and activities proposed in the D2.2 and D2.3 have been updated, and the results presented in this document are the final summary of the activities in the AI4EOSC.
