Ancestral Patterns and Modular Dynamics: A Synthesis of Collatz Conjecture Techniques
he 3n + 1 problem has remained unresolved since Lothar Collatz first proposed itin 1937. Amateur and professional math enthusiasts alike have been witness to enor-mous effort devoted towards it. Here we show an integrated paradigm which combinesnew conceptual things with classical entries for exploration. Our paradigm combinestopological transport reasoning—the interplay of inverse structures and forward or-bits—the use of Cayley-colored graph rewrites and action of modular arithmetic oninverse-predecessor trees. In this regard, we provide further results towards the module structure of oddpredecessors and specific attention on the subcase where n ≡ 2 (mod 3). Furthermore,we then outline in specific terms how one might encode inverse trees as regular graphsand also provide a mathematically correct finite-threshold condition for convergence.
