PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF JUNIOR TRAINING IN MODERN SPORTS
The article examines the analysis of psychophysiological parameters in junior athletes (aged 16–18) based on testing results obtained using the NS-PsychoTest hardware-software complex. The study includes indicators of the central nervous system's functional state, such as the level of the functional system (LFS), reaction stability (RS), level of functional capabilities (LFC), and average reaction time (ART). The patterns of athletes' mental states and the influence of identified factors on sports training are discussed in the context of modern trends in the development of physical culture and sports.
