Navier–Stokes Global Regularity via Ledger, Windows, Curve‑GIL, and a Bubble‑Tree Carleson Structure,MILLENIUM PROBLEM SOLUTION
1.Abstract We prove that for 3D incompressible Navier–Stokes on the unit torus T³ with smooth mean zero data one has ∫_0^T ||S||_∞ dt < ∞ for every finite T. By the Beale–Kato–Majda mechanism this precludes finite time blow up and propagates smoothness and uniqueness. The route is NS internal and conceptually simple: a positive forward flux ledger limits concurrent activations (‘activation bubbles’) of parabolic windows; a geometric impedance law (Curve GIL) converts angular fragmentation of vorticity direction into a toll on ∇ξ; a weak isotropy theorem WI_σ proves the θ–δ linkage δ(θ)≤Cθ^{1+σ}; the per window quantum strengthens to q_{r,θ}≳θ^{1−σ}; a bubble tree Carleson packing closes a layer cake aligned with the BKM weight.
