Beyond Automation: Exploring Ethical Dimensions of AI in Everyday System

Abstract:Artificial Intelligence (AI) has rapidly evolved from a tool for automation to a pervasive presence in daily human activities, influencing decision-making, healthcare, education, commerce, and social interaction. While AI systems bring significant benefits such as efficiency, personalization, and predictive accuracy, they also introduce ethical concerns that extend beyond technical performance. Issues such as algorithmic bias, transparency, accountability, data privacy, and the potential displacement of human labor raise critical questions regarding the responsible use of AI in everyday contexts. This study explores the ethical dimensions of AI integration in daily life by examining its implications for individuals, communities, and society at large. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research analyzes scholarly perspectives, case studies, and survey data to highlight both opportunities and risks associated with AI adoption. The findings aim to contribute to an informed discourse on creating policies and frameworks that balance technological advancement with ethical responsibility, ensuring that AI serves as a tool for human empowerment rather than a source of inequity or harm.
