ETCQ_a_testable_alternative_part_5 observations
This fifth and final part of the series ETCQ — A Testable Theory presents the latest microscopic observations together with the general conclusion of the project. The document gathers: the results on nuclear fission and fusion expressed in cap-$\alpha$ units, the universal law of lepton lifetimes ($\tau \propto m^{-5}$), nuclear binding energy (BE/A) and its saturation around iron–nickel, the related data tables and files (CSV, figures). Purpose:To close the series by providing a comprehensive overview: On the micro side: from the electron and neutrinos up to nuclear balances. On the macro side: from galaxies (SPARC, BTFR) to strong-lens delays, and up to cosmology and dark energy. Part 5 therefore stands as the final synthesis: it shows that the same universal constant $\alpha$ connects the infinitely small and the infinitely large, and it marks the conclusion of the 5-paper series.
