URGENT MEDICAL CASE: CRISPR Autovaccination for Metastatic Ewing Sarcoma

Time-sensitive clinical case of a 21-year-old female with metastatic Ewing Sarcoma (EWSR1-FLI1 fusion-positive), currently experiencing active CNS progression. All standard treatments (chemotherapy, surgery, radiotherapy) have been exhausted. This patient is a candidate for immediate application of CRISPR-induced autovaccination, utilizing fully open-source therapeutic architectures: CRISPR Autovaccination v3.0 DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17246573 Triggered Therapy Platform (TTP) v3.0 DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17237907 An Integrated Bioengineering Architecture for Ewing Sarcoma: CRISPR-Cas9 Autovaccination Coupled with a Temporally Programmed Delivery DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17308401 Critical Timeline Treatment must begin by October 2025. The patient’s condition is actively deteriorating, including new CNS lesions. Delay significantly reduces feasibility of intervention. Abstract
