Paper 75: Directional Modulation of the Cosmic Microwave Background via Strain-Driven Coherence Horizons in the Holosphere Lattice

We present a geometric model of Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) anisotropy based on angular strain propagation in the Holosphere lattice. Unlike inflationary models, which treat anisotropies as statistical fluctuations, the Holosphere framework derives them from deterministic coherence dynamics. Directional variations in angular strain define a coherence horizon r_CMB(n̂), which sets a local harmonic truncation N(n̂) and a modulation envelope M_ℓ(n̂). These structures predict observer-dependent features such as the hemispheric power asymmetry, Cold Spot suppression, and polarization distortion without invoking inflation, scalar perturbations, or fine-tuning. Using SU(2) triadic interference, we derive a modulation envelope that selectively enhances or suppresses harmonic modes based on directional coherence. We simulate full-sky maps using HEALPix and demonstrate how coherence failure reproduces Planck-observed anomalies. The resulting framework is falsifiable, symbolic, and predictive—offering a testable alternative to ΛCDM. This work extends Paper 73 and prepares the foundation for observational validation in Paper 74.
