STUDY OF THE ELECTROVISCOELASTIC STATE OF A MULTI-CONNECTED PIEZOPLATE

The electroviscoelasticity problem for a multiply connected plate with arbitrary holes and cracks is solved. In this case, the complex electroelasticity potentials are represented by series in powers of a small pa-rameter with coefficients in the form of unknown approximation functions; boundary conditions are obtained for determining the approximation functions and general representations of these functions for a multiply connected region, containing laurent series with unknown coefficients, the determination of which from the boundary con-ditions by the generalized least squares method is reduced to solving an overdetermined system of linear algebra-ic equations. After determining the approximation functions by representing the elastic deformation coefficients by time operators and calculating them, the main characteristics of the electroelastic state of the plate at any time are found. Numerical studies are carried out for a plate with two circular holes with rigidly supported contours, with a linear inclusion and a circular hole. It has been established that over time, the values of stresses and induc-tions near the contours of holes and linear inclusions change significantly, with the greatest changes in these quantities being observed in the first 10 hours after applying the load, significant changes in these quantities are observed up to 40–50 hours, but the transition to a steady state takes a long time; during the transition to a steady state, the values of stresses and inductions undergo large changes; the values and nature of the change in these quantities are significantly affected by the physical and mechanical properties of the material and the geometric characteristics of the holes and cracks.
